SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Where the Wild Still Moves Freely
The Serengeti is more than a destination- it is a vast, living wilderness shaped by changing seasons, open horizons and the constant movement of wildlife.
Across golden grasslands, river valleys, rocky kopjes and scattered woodland, lions rest beneath acacia trees, cheetahs scan the plains and great herds follow ancient routes in search of fresh grazing. Every journey feels different because the landscape is always changing.
Whether you visit for the Great Migration, remarkable predator encounters, dramatic photography or the simple freedom of being surrounded by nature, the Serengeti offers a safari experience that remains with you long after you leave.

EXPERIENCES
Private game drives give you the freedom to explore the Serengeti at your own pace. With a dedicated safari vehicle and professional driver-guide, each journey can follow current wildlife activity, seasonal movements and your personal interests. Spend longer observing meaningful encounters, pause for photography and discover quieter areas away from the busiest routes.
For photography enthusiasts, the Serengeti offers extraordinary subjects against constantly changing landscapes and light. Your guide can help position the vehicle thoughtfully while respecting the animals and their environment. Whether you use a professional camera or a mobile phone, there will be opportunities to capture dramatic wildlife encounters, sweeping plains and unforgettable moments in nature.
For an entirely different perspective, an optional hot-air balloon safari carries you above the Serengeti at sunrise. Watch the wilderness slowly awaken as rivers, kopjes, wildlife trails and open plains unfold beneath you. After landing, the experience traditionally concludes with breakfast in the bush a memorable beginning to another remarkable day in the Serengeti.

REGIONS OF THE SERENGETI
FOUR REGIONS. COUNTLESS POSSIBILITIES.
CENTRAL SERENGETI
The Wildlife Heart of the Park
The Seronera Valley offers reliable wildlife viewing throughout the year. Its rivers, plains and rocky kopjes attract lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and many other species, making it an excellent choice for a first Serengeti journey.
SOUTHERN SERENGETI
The Season of New Life
From approximately December to March, the short-grass plains around Ndutu and southern Serengeti welcome enormous herds of wildebeest and zebra. Calving season brings new life, dramatic predator activity and wonderful photographic opportunities.
WESTERN CORRIDOR
Rivers, Woodlands and Moving Herds
The western Serengeti is shaped by the Grumeti River, open savannah and woodland. Between approximately May and July, migrating herds may move through this region as they continue their journey north.
NORTHERN SERENGETI
Wild, Remote and Beautiful
The northern reaches of the park offer rolling hills, river landscapes and a quieter safari atmosphere. Between approximately July and October, the Mara River becomes an important stage in the migration’s uncertain journey.
